General Duties:
Typing of general correspondence, including letters, memos and reports; enter data into computer system; process incoming and outgoing mail; photocopying and collating information; issues operator equipment and maintains necessary records; assists department secretaries; and other clerical duties required.
Education:
Graduate of an approved high school, or the equivalent. One (1) year clerical experience.
Qualifications:
1. Must be able to type 40 word per minute accurately.
2. Must be familiar with the use of office machines, including word processors/personal computer, computer input devices, copiers, multi-line telephones, and adding machines.
3. Must be familiar with basic software to produce simple memos, letters, etc.
4. Must know elementary filing.
5. Must be able to greet people.
6. Must be able to follow instructions.
